We checked out the new El Indio on a Friday night, and holy hell, they absolutely crushed it. First of all, the place was packed. Like “oh crap, this might take forever” packed. But with a one-year-old in tow (which automatically raises the stress level by about 1,000%), we were seated immediately. That alone felt like a small miracle. Even though they were busier than my balls, the chips, salsa, drinks, and our appetizer showed up in about five minutes. Five. Our main dishes landed shortly after. I was pleased because I was hungry as fuck! The bar looked cool and they were mixing cocktails like a pro. Absolute bangers. Our server, was friendly as hell, attentive without hovering, and genuinely made the whole experience better. Honestly, the entire staff was smiley, welcoming, and hustling their butts off.
