  Bar-B-Q Bill's is another BBQ joint here in Chiefland, Florida. It is another place that needs an update inside and out. Besides that, the food is pretty good. One thing that I love, is that they offer a salad bar. Not too many places do that anymore. The food is typical BBQ food. Chicken, ribs, hamburger steak, and they have decent sauces to go with it. The side dishes are good. The baked beans are actually the best. Prices are good. The staff is friendly, the place is roomy. All in all it is a standard BBQ place, nothing too special to brag about.   There are many BBQ places in Florida, some are good, some are mediocre. Fat Boys is one of the better ones. It is a bit of a drive from Gainesville, but worth the trip. First off, this is another place in dire need of some updating. Like many older places in Florida, the interior in outdated. The place has charm, even with the older look. The staff has always been really nice too. The food is pretty decent. They offer some really good side dished as well. The sauces are flavorful, and they have one for every taste. They offer all you can eat ribs and chicken. It is actually a pretty good deal too. Tons of food, more than I could handle. I have heard other people complain that their food has come out cold, but I have never had that problem.
